Original MAF Prayer List Posting: Michael is 15 years old and lives in Cary, NC.  He had two middle school sports-related concussions in Nov 08 and Jan 09, then got the H1N1 flu in June of 2009 and was hospitalized for almost two months.  Since that time Michael has been in a wheelchair and has not been able to perform daily functions without assistance, i.e. eating, bathing, etc.  He has severe ataxia and requires outside assistance every day since his mother works.  He is receiving physical and speech therapies and two hours of schooling each week, but continues to get worse.  His speech is the latest function to decline.  He is very, very difficult to understand, if at all.  He has had countless tests over the past two years with no definitive diagnosis or prognosis.  Please offer Michael's name up in prayers...and ask our Lord to return him to complete health and a normal life.  In his name we pray...
